Kyu Grading
Six of out students attempted their first karate grading and got their orange belt! Well done! The grading in the IBM Hursley with the examinersSensei Yoshinobu Ohta7th Dan(the chief instructor and chairman of JKA England)andSensei Glyn Morgan5th Dan.

JKA England Open Championship!
Some students from our club took part in the karate competition JKA England Open Championship at K2 Crawley, for the first time, big emotions! All together, proud to be there!

Kata Course in Northampton
The instructors and a couple of students from our karate club attended a National
Karate Kata Course that was held in Northampton with sensei Ohta and other high level instructors from JKA England. We learned and practised new katas. We really enjoyed it!

Kyu Grading
Fifteen of our karate students attended a regional training course and coloured belts Kyu Grading which were held at the IBM Centre Hursley near Winchester. Training and grading were carried out by the examiners Sensei Giuseppe D'Onofrio 5th Dan and Sensei Glyn Morgan 5th Dan.

Dan Grading
Miron passed his 1st Dan and achieved his Black Beltat Guildford SpectrumunderSensei Yoshinobu Ohta 7th Dan,Sensei Gary Stewart 6th Dan and Sensei Adel Ismail 6th Dan.
Congratulations! Miron is our first junior black belt in our club.

Kyu Grading
Karate Kyu Grading at IBM Sports Centre in Hursley. The grading followed a 1.5 hour training carried out by the examiners. The examiners were Sensei Spiros Ventouras 5th Dan andSensei Glyn Morgan 5th Dan.14 of our karate students attempted their grading and they all passed. Congratulations! Our students behaved very well during the training and grading and represented a very high standard of karate. Well done!

International Karate Course
The instructors and a couple of students from our karate club attended the International Karate Course that was held in K2 Crawley on Spring Bank Holiday Weekend.The training was led by special guest instructors – Japanese masters from JKA Honbu Dojo Tokyo, Japan:Sensei Tomio Imamura 8th Dan & Sensei Ryosuke Shimizu 6th Dan, and from Belgium JKA Chief InstructorSensei Kazuhiro Sawada 7th Dan. It was a great honour to train karate under these high level Japanese Masters.

JKA England Championship
18th June 2022 - JKA England National Championships 2022, several of our karate students took part in that competition and 3 of them won medals for our club:Bianka-Gold, Suzane- Silver, Zaad- Bronze. Congratulations!

Kyu Grading
Karate training and coloured belts Kyu Grading at IBM Centre in Hursley. The examiners were:Sensei Glyn Morgan 5th Dan and Sensei Eddie Broomes 4th Dan. Well done everyone!

JKA England Open Championship
Some students from our club attended that internationnal karate competition and won 3 medals for our club: Zayan- Gold and Bronze, Igor -Bronze. Congratulations!

Regional karate Training and Kyu Grading at IBM Sports Centre Hursley, under Sensei Yoshinobu Ohta7th Dan (the chief instructor and chairman of JKA England) and second examinar Sensei Glyn Morgan 5th Dan. Fifteen of our students attempted their grading. Well done everyone!
